The responsibilities of the International Program Manager will be varied. The focus of the role is one of product champion and will have the overall responsibility of leading the product-based development for international use, with the overall goal of ensuring that our retail clients are ultimately successful in their execution of Aptos Store international projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will engage the sales teams to leverage the support required to improve the distribution of the product portfolio across Foodservice and Independent segments of the customer base (convenience stores, gas stations, etc.).
Responsible for promoting and supporting the strategy and growth of company Products in the Customer Engagement Solutions business space, specifically analytics focused solutions and introduction of new OEM technologies.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of projects and for developing manufacturing processes to enhance operational performance and add value to the organization.
The candidate will be responsible to direct the sales & servicing operations for a growing staffing company to service both our field employees and our client companies in the following capacity: Direct outbound sales, coach and supervise staff, grow the sales revenue, shape strategic plans, maintain budgets, in addition to other duties that pertain to the oversight of the market.
