You will ensure that technical documents meet industry standards as well as specifications and you determine the specification and tolerance of component material and finished product including 2D drawings. You will perform project management for specific technical application, parts & research projects when applicable.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion; ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.
The successful candidate will design state-of-the-art turbomachines, carry out high-quality computational fluid dynamics (CFD) calculations, cover component rig testing, and provide detailed aerodynamic analysis based on the CFD and experimental data. They will manage and execute a wide range of turbomachinery projects, participate in design reviews, suggest and support design best practices, and play a significant role in developing advanced technologies in turbomachinery.
The responsibility for this position includes test site design and layout, test development and data analysis in MatLab environment for model parameter extraction, and Verilog model development and encoding.

The selected candidate will modify existing software to meet new customer demands and improve performance.
