The primary purpose of this position is to act as a manager for delivering IT support through driving operational excellence and efficiencies. Responsible for delivering IT support through managing, evaluating and developing the client services technicians.
In this role you will takes responsibility for command structure and escalation procedures, and ensures that the requisite operational methods, procedures, facilities and tools are established, reviewed and maintained.
In this role, you will coordinate and support strategies for service delivery that support the strategic needs of the client organization, authorizes allocation of resources for service delivery arrangements.
In this role, you will ensures that a catalog of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, client software integration, Endpoint Security Antivirus, and IT Asset Management services are created in partnership with the platform architecture team.
