As an Area Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop your own team of Amazon Associates; your main focus will be motivating, mentoring and coaching your team. In this role, you will manage the Commercial Post Closing unit, responsible for ensuring loan closing packages are accurate and complete, manage exceptions with the field, and set up collateral for tracking.
The selected candidate will provide leadership in the evaluation of alternative development and training solutions, including evaluation of external resources, internal program development, and program implementation.
As this role is primarily project, program or initiative based, specific responsibilities will change on a frequent basis. As new responsibilities are transitioned to the Program Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for developing an appropriate action and / or project plan to facilitate required results.
In this role, you will be responsible for Safety Assurance Management tasks associated with Signaling products being developed and sustaining the existing products. Signaling Product solutions are comprised of Electronics, Software, and Electro-mechanical design that utilize technical safety concepts such as vital fail-safe design, and inherently safe design.
In this role, you will manage resources including budget, engineering personnel, designers, liaisons, and analysis group personnel associated with new product development and new business opportunities.
In this role, you will identifies and quantifies product market opportunities in the lending origination segment through market research, customer profiling, needs analysis, market sizing and competitive analysis.
