Provides comprehensive Human Resources support and guidance to the business leaders to ultimately improve talent level in the organization and align people capabilities with business objectives. Ensures that all plant HR activities are performed in a legal, ethical, and credible way. Develops and implements Human Resources programs and policies in support of the business imperatives.
An HR Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.
Conducts workforce analysis, to assist in the development and execution of programs supporting staffing requirements. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions for operational staffing levels. Utilizes applicant tracking system to effectively manage candidate workflow.
In this role, you will have an active role in onboarding new employees, coordinating orientation and training, and will assist in carrying out employee programs. You will manage the companys performance appraisal process, co-ordinate probationary reviews and annual performance review process, prepare severance packages, termination and lay off letters.
