The Human Resources Manager plans, organizes and executes all Human Resource functions for Pulsafeeder EPO. This will include responsibility for the entire employment process, recruitment, employee and labor relations, employee compensation, safety, compliance, and employee retention / development.
The Manager, HR Operations will be accountable for managing a team that will provide core operational HR services to the organization, ensuring high quality, client focus and consistency based on policies, process and systems standards.
In this role, the selected candidate plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals; recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
As the primary point of contact for the Human Resources Department, the HR Administrator is responsible for outstanding customer service, overall human resources administration activities and maintenance of all human resources records. The position supports departmental needs in the areas of (but not limited to) leave administration, data analysis, record keeping, communications, employment and other employee programs.
This position is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The selected candidate will works with the Senior Management Team to develop and manage the Human Resources & Labour Relations components of the divisional operations plan including the related budget and workforce plan.
