This position is responsible for leading insurance management companies which develops and administers insurance programs and distributes them through a network of licensed plan advisors to individuals, professionals, organizations and employers.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, preparing for the demonstration, gathering application ideas from others, setting up and running the machine during demonstration in a professional manner, tear down of the machine, reporting and shipping the samples, and cleaning the machine.
Maximize customer penetration through use of prospecting, presentation, selling, closing, follow up and account development skills; produce sales trend reports and other analysis for leadership review via CRM software system.
The role will require the maintenance of existing accounts and a targeted and driven focus of new customer acquisitions across the given region. The role will involve travel and carry aggressive sales targets and quarterly objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement a strategic plan to ensure regional sales and retention targets are met; manage a team of sales representatives to develop skills and knowledge to meet their sales and retention targets through coaching, training and mentoring.
In this role, the selected candidate will be establishing a target list of key design engineers within the assigned territory and refine continuously; uncovering and calling on key decision makers in the market to drive LG growth.
