The Director, Talent Acquisition Strategies will leverage their successful North American talent framework to design, develop and implement new strategies to attach and retain a pipeline of top talent in key talent segments.

As the Recruiter, you will focus on the recruiting and on-boarding of new talent specific to the Buffalo area. You will screen and interview qualified candidates for all open positions. You will need to develop and maintain productive, collaborative relationships throughout the Operational and HR departments. You will report directly to the Operational Manager.

In this role, the selected candidate will represent and coordinate the RF Communications Division (RFCD) recruiting needs to attract and acquire top talent to meet growing business needs. Provide direct recruiting and sourcing expertise to meet staffing needs.
This position reports to the National Recruitment Manager based in Toronto, Ontario. However our Staffing Centre of Expertise (COE) is based in Dallas, Texas. All platform systems, tools, templates etc. are managed by the Staffing COE. The Canadian Recruiter must be able to collaborate effectively across country borders as well as with Canadian Field HR operations.
