The Human Resources (HR) Manager provides leadership and direction for all HR functions of this Manufacturing Plant. This is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the employees, and leaders supporting plant operations.
Responsible for implementation and/or development of all HR programs and initiatives at assigned facilities including talent management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, retention and employee relations, in support of business success and to further the global HR mission and goals.
Conducts workforce analysis, to assist in the development and execution of programs supporting staffing requirements. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions for operational staffing levels. Utilizes applicant tracking system to effectively manage candidate workflow.
In this role, you will work with the division leadership, functional leaders and managers to align human resources programs and initiatives with key business objectives. Drive plans that support operations and business, financial and employee engagement objectives.
In this role, you will provide leadership, expert knowledge and support to managers and employees with respect to all human resource functions including : employee relations, compensation, pension and benefits, performance management, recruitment, training, disability management, and human resources systems.
In this role, you will assist HR Team with all departmental/Human Resource administrative functions. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of appropriate documentation throughout employment history for all employees. Plans, organizes, directs and controls human resources function of the company.
