The Business Resource Center Relationship Manager (BRC RM) proactively manages a book of business of approximately 350 clients to deepen and retain relationships through credit, deposit and other banking products; doing so within a virtual team environment with a focus on contacting every client once per quarter and utilizing strong business acumen.
Responsible for all non-Operation employee hires in Canada and the US, act as main contact and coordinator for all new hires and hiring managers, conducts onsite new hire orientation and remote Commercial orientations.
The HR Generalist is one of the main contacts for all corporate Associates as it relates to Human Resources support. The HR Generalist provides various levels of HR support such as people management, consultation, Associate Relations, policy implementation and interpretation, and ensures the effective implementation of all HR initiatives.
Provides analysis and recommendations in such areas as talent acquisition and management, organizational assessment, performance management, organizational structure, work force planning and change management.
Manages assigned follow up activities stemming from employee surveys, i.e., roundtables, action planning, and subsequent employee communications to drive positive change and two-way communications within the organization.
