You will manage the companys performance appraisal process, co-ordinate probationary reviews and annual performance review process, prepare severance packages, termination and lay off letters.
An HR Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.
Leads team that oversees the technical end of various compensation projects to review base pay, recognition rewards, short and long term incentive programs, merit, pay adjustments, job analysis and other compensation related topics.
