Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments, measures and monitors work efforts on a daily basis, identifies resource needs, performs quality reviews; and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Functional management of Ion Source Development team responsible for all aspects of Ion Source Development including (but not limited to) characterization, knowledge capture, and utilization of engineering best practices.
Provide preliminary and detailed engineering design support for various assignments ranging from civil, municipal, utilities, highway, airport, and transit projects, to land development and construction management projects.
Work closely with your team on strategic current and prospective customers to help define key business needs, and to recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales in your assigned area.

As a successful candidate, you would be responsible for assisting with the planning and design of provincial highway, municipal road works, transit facilities, municipal services and drainage; preparing and managing work plan schedules and budgets.
Support a critical infrastructure Asset Management Program which includes components for detailed engineering and operational assessment of existing assets, end-of-life analysis and replacement prioritization. Specific engineering focus on formulae for asset replacement prioritization.
