provide technical assistance to the field (answer customer and distributor questions regarding engineering details; assist with system implementation and start-up questions.

In this role, the selected candidate will participate in architecture definition and requirements decomposition to develop sub-system level requirements and design documents for product commercialization.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a electrical knowledge of and experience with basic lumen method lighting calculations and commercially available computer lighting calculation programs; lighting fixture selection and specifications; panelboard and power distribution system load tabulations; short circuit calculations; National Electrical Code; National Fire Alarm Code; IES Standards; and ADA requirements.
In this role, you will work with design, manufacturing and metrology teams to plan, organize and execute processing of optical components through all phases of the manufacturing process including optical testing.
In this position, you will develop, and implement of innovative solutions to electrical system/asset issues. This person will also be expected to respond to unplanned events, work independently, and make technical decisions and recommendations.
In this role, the selected candidate will be primarily responsible for the engineering and design of building electrical systems (lighting, power, and limited special systems) for facilities such as K-12 and higher education, healthcare, hospitality and commercial buildings.
