Work with System Administrators, Field Consultants, Developers, and Engineers at customer sites to diagnose reported software issues related to deployment, customization or operation of the integration of CAD products with PTCs Enterprise Product Life-Cycle Management System.
Forward analysis to Senior Analysts for escalated issues in order to expedite resolution of ticket; may collect additional pertinent data upon determining software configuration and / or code change requirements.
The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of the ISG Cloud platform, already have a deep understanding of the basic technologies upon which it was built and be able to leverage the two to quickly resolve issues and preempt future issues.

Lead cross functional team in determination of root cause and take corrective action for non- conforming products. Corrective actions may include the creation of, or changes to, part drawings, assembly drawings, assembly procedures, in-process tests or procedures and tooling.
Provide technical consulting, custom development and support to Diamond customers. Researches and resolves problems and issues, in conjunction with Software environments. Requires interface with other team members and customers.
