Provide guidance and consultation in all aspects and strategies of Contract Management in dealing with Request for Proposals (RFPs), proposal development and submittal, negotiations, definitization, audits, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Arrangements and Interdivision Work Orders, and Government/Customer Property.
This person will evaluate, draft and negotiate contract terms and conditions pertaining to licensed products with government and commercial customers, attorneys and procurement personnel. Our ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can take initiative to their job done.
Working with senior staff, the site administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing consultants, contractors requests, quality and design site reviews, shop drawing reviews and processing change requests.
Contribute to and successfully execute strategies and tactics for Amgen Canadas federal Regulatory Affairs work in one or more therapeutic areas, with full responsibility for clinical aspects and oversight of CMC aspects, including preparation and management of submissions.
