Responsible for directing and managing complex international sales orders from time of booking through to payment. Responsible for determining if the internal organization can meet customer requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure impact of regulatory change is assessed, action plans are developed and progress monitored; coordinate with RCM governance groups and compliance officers in other regions and businesses to manage shared RCM information.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of compliance programs under scope which may include maintaining policies and procedures, conducting ongoing monitoring and testing, preparing reporting, and providing training.
The individual will be the Technical expert in environmental, safety and hazardous materials transportation, and is able to assess compliance, train others and identify, develop and implement compliant solutions to common regulatory problems across the companys facilities, including international.
In this role, you will develop, implement and train employees on policies, procedures and templates to ensure compliance with company Privacy Rules, our General Business Principles and other applicable laws.
Provide project management support on compliance related activities and continuous improvement projects specific to Bulk platforms or site - wide, with the aim to close gaps within the required timeframe and ensure uninterrupted production activities.
