Design, develop and continuously advance training curricula for Key Account Managers (KAMs) across the Neurology portfolio of products, with focus on product, disease state, selling skills, market environment and account management.
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity. Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives.
Responsible for effective client relationship management by proactively communicating with clients, identifying and prioritizing client issues/concerns; coordinating with appropriate internal departments to provide response and/or solutions.
The Manager provides supervision, leadership, and guidance to a team of subject matter experts on projects sponsored by Shared Services Group, Commercial, Corporate, and GTB business partners as well as compliance related changes driven by Regulatory Operations & Controls, Global Anti Money Laundering Unit, Compliance Department, or Global Risk Management.
