The Business Systems Analyst III Compliance/Audit has a strong emphasis on data analysis, and the ability to traverse complex data models to extract and assemble data that meets regulatory requirements. Strong SQL and data analysis skills are required along with the ability to perform process analysis and re-engineering.
The Business Analyst III acts as the primary liaison between IT and the operational departments within the organization. This position functions in a trusted advisor role. It provides subject matter expertise to the clients in which it serves through analysis and the development of business and functional requirements for initiatives of all sizes.
In this role, the selected candidate will research existing policies, procedures, methodologies and systems that support the current state and system and identify changes needed to support revised processes. Work with business and process engineering to identify and build process improvements into design.
The Business Analyst makes an impact by collecting, clarifying and translating business processes and requirements into specific process and technical solutions. Some of these duties may include conducting business process reviews, mapping the as-is processes, gathering and evaluating business process, benchmarking requirements for an ideal process, performing gap analyses and, in collaboration with the business, preparing and presenting recommendations.

The Business Information Analyst provides support to Leadership re: HR statistics. This individual helps attain the hospitals objectives. They must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of ownership with a keen ability for analysis, problem solving and thorough investigation.
In this role, you will act as a liaison with specified user areas and confer with users to define business requirements and processes for project deployment and business supporting tasks; conduct ongoing assessment of client needs to ensure that needs have been identified and that solutions have been developed to address these needs.
