As an Area Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop your own team of Amazon Associates; your main focus will be motivating, mentoring and coaching your team. The core of the job will be engaging with your team during a shift to ensure that the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance performance and engagement are maintained.
In this role, you will guide Sales Managers on successful strategies to help their sales reps penetrate and close base and competitive accounts. The selected candidate will develop and implement KPIs for success.
In this position, you will actively engage with site and regional operations leadership to implement new operational improvements and new services. We expect our managers to continually identify ways to improve our operations.
