The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of the ISG Cloud platform, already have a deep understanding of the basic technologies upon which it was built and be able to leverage the two to quickly resolve issues and preempt future issues.
As the Application Support Specialist/Programmer you will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and launching efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions.
Forward analysis to Senior Analysts for escalated issues in order to expedite resolution of ticket; may collect additional pertinent data upon determining software configuration and / or code change requirements.
Work with System Administrators, Field Consultants, Developers, and Engineers at customer sites to diagnose reported software issues related to deployment, customization or operation of the integration of CAD products with PTCs Enterprise Product Life-Cycle Management System.
Respond and provide technical direction to customers regarding operational issues, firmware upgrades and general maintenance; assess the customers product application, troubleshoot and diagnosis issues through research and/or re-creation to determine the root cause.
