Specific responsibilities include implementation of software systems on various hardware platforms, operating system installation and customization where applicable, troubleshoot, identify and implement improvements, assist and advise in disaster recovery planning from component failures standpoint of supported systems and provide operational analysis of root cause and system trends.
This position will focus primarily on SCCM, VMWare, and VDI. In addition, one will be responsible for areas such as Storage (SAN), Windows Servers, AD, Citrix, Backups, Security/Monitoring, and various hardware.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide applied engineering and technical consultation for customers in the areas of power systems studies, design, installation, startup, maintenance, repair and training.
Uphold high standards for timely issue resolution; contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services; define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements.
Tests software enhancements and provides feedback to IS/Programming in order to detect and eliminate problems with new programs. Provides support for the internal security computer system and alarm panels.
This encompasses updating network documentation, conducting utilization studies and the establishment of fault notification procedures in addition to supporting the senior engineering staff with projects.
In this role, you will provide applied engineering and technical consultation for customers in the areas of power systems studies, power quality analysis, installation, startup, maintenance, repair and training.
Collaborates with the Global Account Manager(s) on strategic and/or large and complex opportunities and coordinates additional resources (e.g. consulting specialists, demo labs, etc.) to recommend, develop, and propose appropriate customer solution and services offerings.
Systems engineering experience with exposure in one or more of the following domains: requirements analysis and development; system performance analysis; integration and verification; and subsystem or system architecture development.
