The qualified candidate will provide IT project management and/or coordination for major Hospital and affiliated operations projects. Responsibilities include project and task planning with subject matter experts and application managers, effort and resource estimating, time tracking, status reporting and deliverable management.
Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
Support the ongoing management of product level funding processes and analytics.Support initiative project plans, schedules, budgets working with program management and project management across the company.
Act in a facilitative leader role across the disaster cycle: the Red Cross will align with government and work to enable the entire community to participate in all phases of the disaster cycle by shifting from being not only a provider of direct services but also a facilitative leader.
Create a transparency to tracking and reporting on project status, cost, and risk. Establish and manage processes supporting the Project, Program and Portfolio Governance groups. Streamline communications between IS stakeholders, project sponsors and business units. Track and report on project portfolio performance. Provide a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of IS projects.
Understand the business process and IT systems that support health care insurance plan administration including member management, provider management, claims processing, and reporting, preferably for Medicaid programs
