The IT Project Leader HR is responsible for the implementation of software to meet the needs of the Legal team. This includes ensuring that the data, processes, interfaces, reporting and enhancements are all being executed as needed.
Manage all aspects of the project e.g. delivery, PMO, resource forecasts, project administration that will include financial and progress reporting together as well as manage and coach the people working on the project.

In this role, the selected candidate must have management experience either related to the operating units supported and/or Minimum 5 years in IT experience managing staff. Experience with Epic or Cerner and physician practice workflows strongly preferred.
