The Strategic Portfolio Director guides the SLT in business planning, setting mission, defining strategy and setting objectives. They identify, catalog, and prioritize the portfolio of projects that support our strategic priorities.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and develop sales packages and additional revenue opportunities, including digital, for stations; communicate with Dir. of High School Programming on performance of stations.
In this role, the selected candidate will define the qualifications and performance expectations for all staff positions through the Performance Development system, including department specific job descriptions, measurable performance standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct, supervise and coordinate complex audits to ensure adequate levels of internal control are in place through proper segregation of duties, supervision, and use of standardized policies and procedures.
