The IT Project Leader HR is responsible for the implementation of software to meet the needs of the Legal team. This includes ensuring that the data, processes, interfaces, reporting and enhancements are all being executed as needed.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, on boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
In this role, the selected candidate will support HR to administer policies, procedures and the collective bargaining agreement, as well as assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
