Partner with the Recruiting Department, for identifying and filling key vacancies for their region or client group. Also takes a leadership role in the selection of candidates for key positions within the region or department.
In this role, the selected candidate will proactively obtain, interpret and present metrics and analysis (performance, attrition, hiring, vacancy, employee engagement, and other data) to business leaders to influence decisions.
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all human resource related activities. Provide guidance, assistance, and clarification regarding company policies, procedures, and documentation for multiple sites.
Provide exceptional level of service to clients in managing projects such as: HR assessments, development and/or updates to employee handbooks, HR policy/procedure development, affirmative action plans, harassment investigations, management training, employee relations support, job descriptions/analyses, competencies, compensation, etc.
