The Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for leading all of the people functions of the corporation in accordance with human resource policies and practices, the ethical and social consciences of business, and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations.
In this role, you will assist in providing support in different areas of the HR offer including on - boarding new employees, training, systems reporting and support, recruitment, pay and benefits issue resolution and wellness.
In this role, you will manage administration of HRIS, as well as assist in benefits administration including but not limited to monthly health and welfare benefits enrollment, employee recognition program, and leaves of absence process.
