Contribute to the Company vision of being the industry leader in customer service and operational effectiveness through the analysis, management and implementation of the key Workforce Management processes.
Work closely with the Programming, Application, Deployment, System Administration teams to resolve end-user issues, and provide suggestions for future enhancements to reduce the number of support calls.
Design, develop, and modify computerized financial forecasting models and simulations for specific programs; establish, through research, required databases or accumulate and analyze data from existing databases to perform the necessary computations and calculations.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the Web and PCR financial analysis/reporting and providing the necessary tools to business units and local operations management in order to achieve its financial objectives.
Responsible for identifying, analyzing and documenting business processes and preliminary cost / benefits analysis in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives of International franchisees.
