The Design Engineer Manager leads the Design Engineering teams and provides technical direction while enforcing processes. Participate in ongoing performance management including but not limited to evaluations, recommendations of wage increases and necessary corrective action.
In this role, the selected candidate will drive product development projects insuring adequate resources and timely design reviews; support the determination of product requirements as specified by the customer or any internal or external standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for
management and associate provisioning, while maintaining current service level objectives,Assist in the development and execution of departmental strategic plans and objectives.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Apex and Visualforce, and looking to continue to build out this technical skillset along with newer technologies around Salesforce (i.e. Lightning, Wave Analytics, etc.)
In this role, the selected candidate must have a management experience of engineers including project engineers, product development engineers and reliability engineers and maintenance managers and related personnel.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the engineering staff and activities among the production units in the plant, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and materials engineering.
In this role, you will be responsible to provide input into project development process in terms of technical feasibility, innovative ideas, scope, specifications, schedule, and feasibility estimates for electrical and automation systems.
