In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for working directly with the Sr. User Experience Designer to craft the look and feel for a single page dashboard application using either Photoshop or Sketch.
Develop product/service ideas in healthcare, from early concepts to detailed design solutions.As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll follow a user-centered design process to understand requirements, explore ideas, build and test prototypes and create design specs.
In this role, the selected candidate will work throughout all phases of the design process, identifying the content problems that need to be solved and deciding which methods and tools to use for the business challenge at hand.
In this role, the selected candidate will create artifacts to enable all design stages from concept to final specification hand-off; present and defend design concepts and deliverables to peers, management and clients.
The ideal candidate for this position would either have a development background with experience using multiple IDEs OR will have experience designing products that integrate with multiple IDEs as well as validating the usability of IDE integration products.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in the leadership and management of the department's personnel activities, including talent identification, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, development and retention of personnel to meet the department's mission and goals.
