You will work with marketing directors and regional property managers by traveling throughout your territory, becoming their marketing expert by building personal relationships and consistently and competitively winning business.
Develops goals and plans for service line in relation to the hospital vision and goals; formulates policies and procedures for the department and secures appropriate approvals for implementation; ensures efficient work flow, delineation of duties/responsibilities, efficient staffing patterns, appropriate supervision, and effective communication to staff and other departments.
Develops and maintains a network of industry contacts; performs or directs research on industry trends, competitors, business and IT products; analyzes trends and makes strategic and tactical recommendations.
Develop plan to acquire new customers/subscribers in the boston market through local channels and oversee the execution of local marketing activities from partnerships, grassroots marketing, to new media content and local influencer marketing.
The Director will work closely with physician, nursing, and administrative leadership to set department goals, develop strategies, and contribute toward the mission and operational performance of the hospital.
The Clinical Nursing Director, Cardiovascular Service Line participates in the active governance and management of the service line, including oversight of the Invasive & Noninvasive cardiovascular areas
The candidate will be responsible for identifying requirements, defining those requirements based on customer/market needs & managing the development/introduction of new product and solution offerings through collaboration with sales, marketing and engineering.
