The Controller of Operational Manufacturing will lead a Finance group in a high change, manufacturing environment providing information relative to the Company activities to assist management in making economic decisions to achieve corporate growth objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee preparation of and review of financial statements (IFRS and U.S GAAP), capital account statements, and all related supporting schedules for a selection of accounts including all investment types, consolidations, and complex structures.
In this role, you will demonstrated competence in cash management, grant management, and financial planning and development as well as all areas of accounting, financial controls, reporting, audits, organizational finance and team leadership.
In this role, the selected candidate will direct all accounting activities, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, inventory, general ledger and monthly financial reporting; supervise and coach accounting staff in the performance of their duties.
This Controller opportunity will consist of leading a Finance team in a dynamic and ever changing, publicly traded, manufacturing environment to assist and present results to senior management The individual is responsible for financial reporting, the cost accounting system and the effectiveness of each system to provide accurate data for operational decisions.
In this role, you will lead the corporate accounting team; responsibilities will include global consolidation, monthly close, performance results, review of external SEC reporting and technical memorandum, and being involved with system enhancements.
