The Construction Project Manager will perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed and create and maintain a professional relationship with general contractors and owners.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to accurately coordinate and manage all correspondence and the document flow between Clients, Architects, and Subcontractors to achieve the successful and timely completion of all projects.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the field staff (including hiring, mentoring, employee evaluations); budgets, proposals, bids and quotations; scheduling direct staff and subcontractors; quality, building and maintaining client and vendor relationships; ensuring customer satisfaction.
