This position is to provide administrative support to the Project Team during the Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning & Qualification stages of the project. The Project Admin will report to the Project Manager, but may receive assignments from the Investment and Operations Program Manager and several other team members.
In this role, you will responsible for general administrative support: Track and follow up on urgent and pending issues; prepare correspondence; maintain group working, reference and historic files; and process incoming and outgoing mail.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare all materials related to the firms billing process in an efficient and timely manner. Provide assistance to secretaries, lawyers and technology specialists in surrounding areas.
