Manages staff scheduling, which includes the following responsibilities: Daily staff schedule, Under guidance from the Regional Ultrasound Leader- approving time off, Under guidance from the Regional Ultrasound Leader- approving overtime, Assisting with regional float schedule, Managing worked hours to budget expectations, Managing sick calls/coverage.
The Nursing Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Unit/Department under the direction of the Unit Director and is responsible for the planning, supervision, and evaluation of direct care staff to ensure patients receive optimum care.
The Registered Nurse- Administrative Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the medical center in collaboration with facility leadership and is the senior in-house administrative representative afterhours for the medical center.
