The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
The SE shall collaborate with architects to perform a detailed implementation of the system development approach considering best practices published by Microsoft, the SE3's real world experiences, and client's functional, performance and sizing needs.
Completion of these functions requires technical competence in primary production roles as well as leadership competence in working with clients and mentoring and supervising team members assigned to projects.
Designs complex networks, develops network architectures, and recommends modifications to the network configurations; serves as a high level technical resource on large-scale voice and/or data communications issues.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
Developing new acceleration techniques, test methods and analytical tools to provide fast and effective feedback for reliability process optimization. Influencing design, process, product, test and/or system solutions in order to enable aggressive scaling of Intel's NVM technologies and exploration of novel memory cells. Developing the appropriate process- and product - qualification stress methods and criteria.
This position is responsible for the design of projects, preparation of detailed sketches and engineering reports, and the review and approval of drawings produced by designers to ensure compliance with the design, as sold quote and customer specifications.
