The Application Support Engineers (ASEs) are part of the Global Care Center organization, responsible for remotely resolving the problems of our customers and if needed, identifying the server parts needed to fix the problems and, as necessary, dispatch an FSE to repair the product on site or escalate to further SW expert teams.
In this role, you will listen and actively seek to understand expectations held by the client, supervisor, and teammates, including understanding what it takes to meet expectations and how these evolve and change over time.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to provides ideas and solutions to prevent problems and support incidents from reoccurring that impact the areas of client computing support and overall employee productivity.
