In this role, you will work closely with other CSS teams to ensure knowledge sharing of the customers networks, issues and solutions; escalate cases and develop relationships with engineering to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
In this role, you will understand the Customers organizational structure and become familiar with the Customers network implementation, support processes and procedures to help in designing a network that is available and sustainable.
