The Validation Engineer is responsible for the execution of Master Validation Plans and oversees and performs validation studies required to support compliant cGMP cosmetics manufacture in the plant. The scope of validation planning is varied in scope and includes qualification of the process and ancillary equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ), facility qualification (controlled environments), and critical utility qualification.
Supports and participates in the lean manufacturing cultural change to drive out waste in manufacturing processes; includes, but is not limited to, process equipment redesign/improvements, facility modifications/additions, facility/equipment layout changes.
The Production Engineering role acts as a technical resource for Operations personnel, applying technical skills within Manage Production, to optimize plant operations, resolves plant problems and enables safe and efficient production of low cost, quality products.
Services imaging equipment in assigned geography which may include any of following modalities: conventional x-ray, R&F, tomography, mammography, ultrasound, CT, MRI, IVR labs, nuclear medicine or linear accelerators.
