In this role you will ability to communicate and work well with medical staff, hospital staff, insurance review agencies, and other to obtain necessary information to perform job related duties. Ability to keep information confidential.
In this role, you will be responsible for telephonically assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating all case management activities with members to evaluate the medical and disability needs of the member to facilitate the members overall wellness and appropriate and timely return to work.
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and daily operations of the quality management process; monitor care of patients within case groups to ensure high quality and cost effective care is provided.
In this role, you will provide case management services to children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities, serious emotional disturbance, serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, or risk factors associated with those conditions.
