The trainer provides the training capability to RPA operators to conduct training as part of their qualification training and follow-on continuation training to maintain proficiency and currency in all required operator tasks.
In this role, you will provide Aviation Subject Matter knowledge, and work in support of a fielding and training team that is developing Training Support Packages and providing user training for Aviation software applications.
In this role, you will l provide on and off site technical support for the rq-4 global hawk soptt to include installation and setup; operational training; assistance in training scenario and documentation development per fielded unit tactics, techniques and procedures; tracking of the soptt hardware and software configurations, hardware component inventories and failures.
In this role, the candidate will deliver effective Allstate product and technology education to agencies through a variety or mediums, such as instructor-led training and presentations, web conferences (such as WebEx), and teleconferences.
The candidate should be familiar with Department of Defense and Army networking standards, be able to manage classified and unclassified systems to include account management, domain policy implementation, management and control of software licenses, security updates, and address user needs.
The candidate will work as part of a highly motivated visualization/training team to build high profile products that will ultimately be delivered to company customers for the purpose of reducing training cost by significantly reducing or eliminating the need for high cost HW trainers.
