The candidate will utilize this capability within the guidelines of the product safety process in support of product design, development, and validation of embedded Single Board Computers (SBC), EthernetSwitches, I/O, Sensor Processing cards and systems.
Works with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations. The reliability engineer is responsible for adhering to the life cycle asset management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets.
The Reliability Engineer position is responsible for development and implementation of sustainable reliability programs; these programs will ensure improved process reliability through increased availability and performance of all assets.
Provide expert support for individual plant system / equipment Reliability issues as across assigned areas within the NA region, and on occasions globally, as in critical equipment failure recovery activities, major equipment inspections / overhauls, and equipment failure analysis.
