The Business Development Manager is responsible for growth of wireless gas detection business through the identification, evaluation, development of key client relationships and business opportunities for order generation of products & services.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with Sales Operations to maintain an accurate list of existing Commercial Bulk accounts including all pertinent contact, contract and billing information within the KMA service area.
In this role, the selected candidate will work to build upon the distribution relationships in place and foster new partnerships in order to continue to grow the business throughout their region of responsibility.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct regularly scheduled face-to-face meetings and account reviews with assigned strategic customers for the purpose of securing and/or renewing existing revenues and identifying and securing new revenue opportunities.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing overall strategy which may include account planning and tactical implementation for assigned CAR-T sites to create access, partnership opportunities to advance the business and pull through marketing initiatives.
This position is responsible for all sales activities for their respective markets, including recruiting, selecting, hiring, orienting, training, coaching, and ongoing management of their Sales and Marketing department.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead a group of TMs to achieve Division sales, penetration and churn reduction objectives; research, develop and maintain long and short range sales plans, while coaching and developing TMs in creating effective action planning to achieve AOP and company goals.
