The candidate will provide design support throughout the hardware development phase including documentation of changes, supporting fabrication activities, test procedure development and performance, and completion of requirements verification as needed.
The systems engineer will be responsible for working with associated Systems Engineering (SE) teams, Test Organizations, Warfighters and Element Program focals to ensure scenario development meets scenario design intent for system ground test events, including details of system capabilities, behaviors, scenarios, data collection and characterization points to support current and proposed BMDS functionality and architectures.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
