In this role, you will work cross functionally to implement effective preventative actions and perform thorough product impact analysis. Reviews and approves deviations for accuracy and completeness and provides coaching to Principal Investigators on deviation writing.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop a product vision and strategy that informs the solutions we build for our clients, and the priorities of our Engineering teams; develop the product specifications and user stories that drive the build-out of new products and features.
This individual will be involved with the daily activities of production, inventory, warehousing and distribution for the finished products being produced at this location. The ideal candidate for this position must be an advocate for production planning best practices and standardization at the plant level.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to interact with suppliers at the most senior of levels in order to have a substantive business conversation leading to new vendor agreements, negotiated / re-negotiated contract terms and conditions, etc.
In this role, you will manage and oversee the direct manufacturing operations in terms of safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery to external customers with the intent of continuous improvement and leading results, under the oversight and guidance of the Plant Manager to achieve sustainable plant goals.
The selected candidate will be responsible for proactively leads assigned project by creating project timeline, identifying key milestones and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct client outreach initiatives to identify innovations that drive higher order volumes at our clients restaurants as well as understand the unique needs of different restaurant market segments.
