In this role, you will observe and learn clinical best practices from designated preceptors in a simulation lab and in clients' homes. He / She will develop a network of relationships for ongoing collaboration and support.
In this role, the selected candidate will be working in collaboration with a medical directing physician, and under established standards and guidelines of the Department of Anesthesiology, the successful candidates will provide anesthetic care for all types of patients and procedures.
The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner will provide clinical assessment and intervention for consumer care provision in a manner consistent with the philosophy, mission, and vision of the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for the assessment of patient and family needs, and the development, implementation and evaluation of an appropriate (goal directed) plan of nursing care, including assessment for the need of aide service.
In this role, you will prepare appropriate medical documentation on all patients, including any case conferences, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes. Prepare visit/shift reports, updates/summarizes patient records, and confers with other health care disciplines in providing optimum patient care.
In this role, you will be responsible for making health-medical preparations and arranging all necessary staff training required to provide safe health related services for the individual prior to entry.
