In this role, the selected candidate will confer with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
This position will effectively manage work performance of Catering staff members while providing staffing and logistics for over 5,000 catered events annually. Oversee Catering operations from production through service on site.
In this role, the selected candidate leads and manages production team members in attaining plant production and quality targets, develops direct reports and new/existing production members through positive coaching and setting challenging expectations, and participates in succession planning to ensure backfill of key positions.
