In this role, you will manage the daily operations of one or more operations department that may include - Accounts Processing, DTCC Processing, Quality Control, Fund Processing, Dividend Control, Input and Central Operations Support, which are staffed by the applicable supervisors and 15-25 employees.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to manage the source to pay team with responsibility for functional ownership of gsm processes, tools, and systems while meeting all compliance and legal requirements.
Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining outside plant copper and fiber facilities. Available to work extended hours when necessary, including weekends and after hours and on call as required for the needs of the business.

experience with Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot, ExactTarget, etc. If you have implemented and/or integrated any of these platforms that is a big plus but not required.
The Manufacturing Operations Shift Manager is responsible for oversight of all operations on their assigned shift and will also be accountable for the safety of the site, ensuring a quality driven workforce, continuously challenging inefficiency and process loss at every opportunity, establishing a team culture of continuous improvement and the unrelenting pursuit of excellence.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with Factory Department leads and Human Resources reviewing and monitoring staffing levels including job performance, providing leadership and training to accomplish company goals and objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will confer with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
