In this role, the selected candidate will work with the Operations Manager to provide administrative leadership assistance. Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities, human resources management, patient safety, and performance improvement, as well as all regulatory requirements.Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of the Medical Center in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the total patient care services during his/her assigned shift.
The RN - Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
In this role, you will provide a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit in an age and population-appropriate manner, consistent the policies, procedures and guidelines of Post Acute Medical.
