The Human Resources Generalist manages Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
In this role, you will identify and prioritize current and future talent requirements of the client groups which could affect achievement of client group operational objectives. The selected candidate will also effectively deploy HR shared service delivery model in support of HR transformation goals and required levels of client support.
