In this role, you will maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
The HR Analyst manages all aspects of data and analytics in support of Human Resources service delivery processes for defined business client groups. This includes managing data entry/editing, position management and reporting/analytics for all core HR processes.
In this role, you will assist in the overall direction of Human Resources. As Human Resource Generalist you will oversee all recruitment processes, assist all benefits programs, and assist all supervisors with performance reviews, interviews and employee relations.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide counsel to the General Manager and his/her staff on human resource matters; serves in a balanced employee/management advocacy role. Earns trust and respect of team members and leaders.
