Provides complete analysis of information and data related to procurement, logistics, distribution, and reimbursement in order to identify opportunities to reduce costs, standardize products and services.
Ability to execute all major SDLC components including functional and technical requirements specifications, configuration / development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of system solutions that meet the requirements of the business. Utilize development, other IT team or external resources when appropriate, to help deliver the solution.
In this role, you will work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure.
The Business Analyst will play an integral part in the implementation of the Dynamics CRM system and leverage the system for sales purposes. The BA will meet with business users and bridge the gap between IT and sales.
Elicit and document requirements using a variety of methods including interviews, document analysis, requirements gathering meetings, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, user stories, business analysis, and task / workflow analysis.
